  I ordered the $70 special with some anxiety as I have had bad experiences in the past with online flower deliveries. My recipient was really thrilled with the flowers and when she sent me a picture of them so was I. They were beautiful! Also, the delivery was made during the promised time window. Overall this was a great experience and I would order from them again.

  A delightful surprise.
  My husband normally never buy flowers but he surprised me with a beautiful boutique. I was not home when it was delivered and they made sure it was in a safe and secured place with photos to confirm delivery.

  Prepare to be blown away by this extraordinary flower shop! Not only do they offer a dazzling array of blooms, but their customer service is simply top-notch. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
  
  The staff members here are like floral wizards, guiding you through a wonderland of petals and fragrances. They took the time to understand my preferences and helped me select the perfect bouquet for my wife, Bel. Their expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive.
  
  But what really stood out was their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an incredible experience. They patiently answered my questions, provided helpful suggestions, and even shared some humorous anecdotes to lighten the mood. It felt like I was chatting with old friends rather than just making a purchase.

  Walked in on a quiet Saturday afternoon ready to buy some roses for my wife. Enquired, 'how much is a bunch please'. With a straight face she said... '38'. I was then quoted a range of prices for 6 stem of roses (as if it's that hard) Very. Ambiguous. Rudely remarked, 'Or you can walked up to the market and get them' I was dismayed at that and said 'Excuse me?' At no time was I rude or intrusive. For the record, I did end up buying my flowers from the florist at a Milson point station. The arrangement may not be as nice but certainly less arrogant. They were interested in the story and provide the extra edge for a small transaction. How did Kirribilli win a local business award with this approach? It does seems there is a trend with the staff on Sats. ???? Florist is more than just selling flowers. You are the first point of contact for weddings, births, passings or just. You cannot under estimate the importance of customer service in your business. What experiences are you really providing. It's more then just the decor. Since this incident, I have since bought flowers from 3 other florists but not Kirribilli. When you understand its never about price but the experience, then you'll win me back (and the people I recommend business and services)
